Flekkefjord (Vest-Agder) / Haugesund (Rogaland)

The route:

The route passes through several towns along the coast. Flat terrain, few inclines except the stretch Flekkefjord - Ogna. Little or no traffic at all. Gravel or asphalt surfaces. You don’t need a mountain bike, but we don't recommend racing-bikes or bikes with very thin tyres.

Family route:

The trail from Ogna (20 kms north of Egersund) to Haugesund is easy to cycle and therefore suitable for reasonably fit children and adults.

Signposting:

National cycle route no 1. The trail is signposted with special reddish-brown signposts
